Competence: The Partnership undertakes to perform the work that it can competently perform and provide effective services to the client.
Agreement on services provided and payment: Before starting work, the Partnership must officially (in writing) agree with the client on the scope and nature of the services provided and the basis of payment.
Contract agreement: The partnership may enter into a contract only with the prior consent of the client.
Conflict of interest: It is PROHIBITED to provide consulting services on greenhouse gas inventory issues to companies for which services are provided to verify the report of the same period.
Confidentiality: The partnership must use the client's information on the condition of strict confidentiality, without disclosing the secrets of the organization that became known to him during the execution of the work.
Communication: The Partnership must regularly inform the client about the progress of the work, as well as ensure effective internal communication between employees and subcontractors.
Respect: The employees of the Partnership must act respectfully towards all parties involved.
